What I collect

When you send a quote request or a message through this website I receive what you type into it: your name, your contact details, and whatever you tell me about the task. If you join the mailing list, I receive your name and email address.

The website also records ordinary technical information such as which pages were visited, used only to understand how the site is being used.

Details about your home and routine

Doing this work means I may be given addresses, gate and door codes, parking arrangements, where a spare key is, when you are away, and what is in your fridge. That information is used to do the job you asked for and for nothing else.

It is not shared with anyone, it is not sold, and it is not discussed outside the work. If you stop using the service and want access details deleted, ask and I will delete them.

The mailing list

The Pink List is used to send occasional notes about seasonal reminders, tips and rates. Your address is not sold, rented or shared. Every message has an unsubscribe link and leaving takes one click.

Payments and receipts

Records of bookings and of money spent on your behalf are kept for as long as there is a business or tax reason to keep them. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by me.

Who else sees it

The website is hosted and its forms processed by service providers acting on my behalf. They may only process the information in order to run the website and cannot use it for their own purposes.

Your rights in Florida

You may ask what personal information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Email info@PinkLadyErrands.com and I will handle it. You will not be treated differently for asking.

Children

This website is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.
