Three Packages.
That Is the Whole List.

Buy a block, use it on anything on this site. No subscription, no contract, and nothing that renews unless you ask it to.

Packages

How a Block
Actually Works

Straightforward on purpose, because the whole point is to take decisions off your plate rather than add one.

You buy it once

Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel, no card kept on file renewing every month. You choose a package when you need one, and that is the end of the commitment.

You spend it how you like

Groceries one week, the post office and a dry cleaning run the next, an afternoon of inbox and scheduling after that. It all comes out of the same block.

Premium is the one to ask about

It starts at $200 rather than landing on it, because full-service support means something different for a family than it does for a small business. Tell me which you are and I will give you a real number.

Not sure which fits?

Describe your week and I will tell you honestly — including if the cheapest one is plenty. I would rather have you on the right package than the expensive one.

Before you ask

The Money Questions,
Answered First

All the things it is slightly awkward to ask on the phone.

Which package do I need?

Tell me what your week looks like and I will say. Basic covers a run of errands and two or three tasks. Standard is for weeks where one trip will not cover it and you want to jump the queue. Premium is for people handing over the whole load, errands and assistant work together. If the cheapest one is plenty, I will tell you that.

What happens if I do not use all of it?

Get in touch and we will sort it out. I am not going to argue with you over a task you did not end up needing.

What about the cost of the groceries themselves?

The package covers my time. Anything I buy for you — groceries, dry cleaning, postage, a prescription co-pay — is separate, and every receipt comes back to you. We will settle how that gets paid for before the first trip so there are no awkward moments at a checkout.

Can I just book one small thing?

Ask. Basic is the smallest package on the site, but if what you need is genuinely one quick job, get in touch and I will tell you plainly what it would cost rather than selling you a block you do not need.

Is any of it a subscription?

No. You buy a package when you want one and that is the end of it. Nothing renews, there is no card kept on file, and there is nothing to cancel. If you want a standing arrangement because it suits you, say so and we will set one up on purpose.

Why does Premium say $200 and up?

Because full-service support means something different for a family than it does for a small business, and quoting one number for both would be dishonest to one of you. Tell me which you are and I will give you a real figure.

How do I pay?

We will agree it when you book. I will always tell you the total before you owe it.

What is not covered?

Anything that needs a license I do not hold, anything medical or hands-on care, and anything unsafe or illegal. If you ask for something outside what I can do, I will say so and try to point you somewhere useful.
