- What the task actually is. Rough is fine. “A big shop and the post office” tells me plenty.
- Where. The neighborhood or the nearest cross streets is enough at this stage.
- When. A date, a window, or just “most Tuesdays.”
- How often. One time, or something regular — this is what decides whether a package makes sense for you.
- Anything I should know. Stairs, a gate code, a dog, a parking situation, a deadline.
